THE TENTH AMENDMENT RANT

Most folks living in the United States today haven’t got clue number one what the Bill of Rights is and even less so if queried about its importance. Americans seem to be easily the most ahistorical people on the planet and assume that history dates no farther back than the day of their birth. I have long wondered why this is so. Are Americans too concerned and preoccupied by the present as they struggle with their daily existence and the problems and perplexities that they must overcome? Are we so shallow and arrogant as to assume that what transpired decades or centuries ago can’t possibly be in any way relevant to the present day? Do we assume that the Bill of Rights has always been there for us and therefore it will be so in perpetuity? Are we so consumed with family, friends, and earning a living that we relegate the past to an hour or so a week looking at what the History Channel proffers up?


Regardless of the reasons, only a tiny minority of us can tell you that the Bill of Rights was added to the Constitution for two very specific reasons: to limit the power of government and to protect individual rights and freedoms. I hope some of you out there have just learned something useful. You’ll become even more confounded should you start asking average Americans as to the content of any of the first ten amendments because with very few exceptions you’ll be met with dull, blank stares and in some cases outright hostility and resentment. I know this because I’ve actually done it. You’ll get a very similar reaction should you ever tell a five foot, four inch guy who weighs three hundred pounds that he’s really, really fat (and no, I’ve never actually done that)!


Now, please understand that many Americans have heard of a smattering of what is contained within the Bill of Rights but are totally clueless as to what they actually mean as intended by the Founders. The vast majority of us have indeed at least heard of the concept of freedom of speech and they sincerely and adamantly believe that it gives them license to say any damned fool thing they please and there’s absolutely nothing anyone can do about it. The same would be true of that oft-referred to freedom of the press. Neither of the aforementioned have the slightest thing to do with one’s right to spew forth no more than verbal diarrhea. That is a giant misconception believed by virtually everyone and corrected by virtually no one. All these two freedoms really mean is that the government can’t punish you for expressing opinions it disagrees with and would prefer not to hear. That’s it. No more and no less.


Try finding out from a member of the public the true meaning of freedom of religion and you’ll get all kinds of strange stuff being thrown your way with absolutely none of it even coming close to hitting the mark. Care for a clue? Certainly. Just look up and read the Establishment Clause. The same kinds of comments referred to thus far can also be readily applied to the Second Amendment which drives the Liberals amongst us absolutely apoplectic! Most folks seem to be vaguely aware that it has something to do with guns and they are, therefore, automatically against it and have been demanding its repeal since shortly after it was written. They seem to have an irrational belief that an inanimate object can by its very nature be evil and therefore must be kept out of the hands of us average, ordinary citizens and should be issued to and carried by only agents of the state (see the Second Amendment Rant of 2/13/09).


That so few Americans really know what’s actually in the Bill of Rights as well as the rest of the Constitution is truly worrisome and will in fact have dire consequences for this nation down the line. It’s really a very simple and basic proposition. If you don’t know what your rights are then how the Hell do you know when they’re being violated and trampled upon? You absolutely don’t and those in positions of power – especially Statists – are banking on the ignorance of the populace to further their main goal of amassing more and more power for themselves while over time leaving the people devoid of both power and freedom. This constitutes the overriding goal and desire of those in this nation to whom I refer to as the LFE (Liberal Fucking Elite). It’s very much like playing a game of baseball against the hated rival from across town knowing nothing about the rules of the game. The authorities then – umps, refs, line judges – become all powerful and you are completely dependent upon them to officiate fairly. You think your team’s going to win? Dream on, McDuff! If you don’t know what the rules are you’re going to lose – always.


Similarly, if you don’t know what your rights are you’ll absolutely lose them but in this scenario the stakes are enormous. Speaking for myself, I just can’t get all that excited about a bunch of young “fellers” swinging a big stick at a small white spherical object. It just doesn’t do it for me (sorry to all you fans out there). Yet, while so few Americans know what their rights are, I’m forever amazed at how many fans can quote from memory the “stats” of their favorite players and teams going back for years. I guess it all boils down to priorities. Let’s face it, when you lose a game to the other team you’ll get a tad upset, go home and practice for a week, and come back to win the next time you play.


Losing your freedom and your rights, however, seems to be a more permanent affair and once they’re gone there are no more second chances – no replays. This is why I find it so shocking that so many of us are literally totally ignorant about our rights, the nature of government as intended by the Founders, and how truly dangerous an out of control government really is. Take a look at any third-world shit-hole of a Thugocracy and you’ll get just a mere inkling of where I fear this nation is headed.


This then brings us to one of the most little known and yet most important of all of our rights – the Tenth Amendment. Care to try a little experiment? How’s this? Go to your local mall and make sure you bring a clipboard. Randomly and politely ask shoppers to explain the Tenth Amendment and tell them you’ll be recording their answers. I’ll bet both the ranch and the pension that you’ll go for weeks without anyone getting anything even remotely close to a correct answer. When the security guys come to escort your ass out of the joint for harassment, ask them too!(see related video)


I believe that the folks who wrote our Constitution and the Bill of Rights constituted some of the brightest minds gathered together at any one time or place in the world. I am convinced that in no small measure it was a sign of divine intervention and I doubt that it’ll ever happen again. These guys knew full well and up close what it meant to live under the complete control and iron grip of an all powerful centralized government that was literally an ocean away. They knew beyond a doubt what it felt like to live with neither freedom nor liberty and they utterly and completely comprehended that they were literally slaves to the English Crown and its arbitrary whims, edicts, and pronouncements. Indeed, there was nothing at all unusual about this but was in fact the norm since the first civilizations evolved. Man had always and forever lived in a condition of utter servitude and had absolutely no rights whatsoever. It’s just the way things were and the way, apparently, God had preordained.


Well, the American colonists put an end to that crap starting in 1776 at least as far as this nation was concerned. Unfortunately, both then and now, most of the world remained under the yoke of absolute monarchs and tyrants and still does to the present day. The Founders feared an all powerful central government and were determined that after successfully and against all odds defeating the most powerful and feared nation in the world, it would not happen here. They, not surprisingly, created a very weak and very ineffective national government under the Articles of Confederation which gave it almost no power at all. To correct the weaknesses inherent in our first form of government, they created our magnificent Constitution and it has for the most part functioned brilliantly from way back then right up to the present day. It is, in fact, the oldest functioning government of its kind the world has ever known.


To guarantee that the limited government they purposely created would last far into the future, they established a system known as Federalism which for the first time in history actually shared power between the central government and the other entities that came to be known as states. They purposely severely limited the Federal Government’s power to five specific areas and they dealt with: maintaining an army and a navy; the power to declare war; the ability to coin money; regulating trade between states and with foreign countries; and to make all laws necessary to carry out its delegated powers. That’s it. Nothing more. All other matters were left exclusively to the individual states and those citizens therein. The Federal Government as intended by the Founders was never to have become the intrusive behemoth that we are so very familiar with today. Even the dullest amongst us have realized that today there is literally no area of life in this country that has not in some way been disastrously and negatively impacted by our central government. Our Constitution has been completely perverted and abused and literally turned on its head by those Statist Bastards in DC.


This was simply not to be the case and to that end the Founders added the Tenth Amendment to the Bill of Rights. It’s simple, declarative, and absolutely unambiguous. It states that the, “powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited to it by the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.” Indeed, this sentence, “effectively summarizes the entire Constitution, and the idea of a limited government with specific, enumerated powers.” What’s not to understand here? What’s confusing or open to interpretation? If the Constitution doesn’t specifically and clearly give the government the power to do a thing, then you know what? IT CAN’T DO IT!! The Tenth Amendment absolutely forbids any damned Federal official from the President on down from violating its tenants or intent. There is no choice here, there are no options, and there can be no exceptions. The Bill of Rights including amendment number 10 is writ in stone and must never be tinkered with, tweaked, ignored, or abrogated. It’s obvious, however, as we observe conditions in 21st Century America that the Tenth Amendment has been literally ripped, torn, and shredded beyond all recognition.


I’ve actually been asked by folks that if the Founders felt that the Tenth was so vital and integral to maintaining their vision of a limited central government why did they relegate it to last place? After all, it is number ten out of ten so how important could it really be? Understand something. The Bill of Rights is to be taken as a whole and each Amendment is equally and co-important. While we all may have our own choice for the most important to the least, the Founders viewed the Bill of Rights as an all inclusive package. If you buy one Amendment then you must purchase the entire package. One simply can’t pick and choose. There exists, however, a sound rationale for making it ten out of ten. The first nine Amendments told the government what it could not do, what it must never do to the people of the United States. The Tenth Amendment served as a catch-all, a backstop if you will, to ensure that the states and the people reigned supreme and not some far away, distant, nebulous, and nefarious group of nameless and faceless bureaucrats who are pulling the strings by which they will force the rest of us to dance! As the Heritage Foundation correctly asserts about the Tenth Amendment, “Its place at the end of the Bill of Rights serves as a safeguard against the possible intrusion of federal authority, and thus fills a crucial role in the document as a whole (http://blog.heritage.org).”(see related video)


Certainly, the Founders understood the importance of limiting the power of government. Thomas Jefferson, for example, wrote that to, “take a single step beyond the boundaries thus specifically drawn . . . is to take possession of a boundless field of power, no longer susceptible of any definition (www.bloggersbase.com).” He and others absolutely knew that without powerful and specific safeguards that what they had set in place would never stand the test of time or the ravages of those who desired nothing more than to control their fellow citizens. They understood that by its very nature government seeks ever more power but before their time there had never existed an oppositional force or theory that could stop the growth of government. It finally emerged with the ratification of the United States Constitution. The fact, however, that this country is protected by its Constitution has never meant that there do not exist out there those who will stop at absolutely nothing to amass more and more power unto themselves at the expense of all others and to the detriment of this country. They do not care about our traditions, institutions, or history and they are certainly anything but patriots. To hear these phony, dissembling Bastards say in one breath that they love America while simultaneously literally raping the Constitution is grotesquely oxymoronic and based on a “logic” only comprehensible to members of the LFE.


For those of you out there who seriously view what occurred in this country all those years ago as archaic, meaningless, and merely quaint you are exactly the ones that the Far Left is counting on to unwittingly help bring their plans for subverting and completely destroying our nation as presently constituted. Your apathy and ignorance are all they need to successfully provide them a victory they absolutely don’t deserve. If left unopposed to their own devices, their dream of transforming the United States into just one more failed Socialist Nanny State can’t be stopped and freedom as we have come to love it will certainly be destroyed. As the author of a piece entitled, “Amendment X,” correctly asserts, “As the current Congress and Obama administration extend their tentacles to take in more items and people to control more directly, the Tenth Amendment has become a significant issue.”


The article continues that the Constitution, “clearly limits the authority of the federal government and, just as clearly, the federal government has managed to push the Constitution aside in order to get the power it wants in many instances.” Furthermore, “the Tenth Amendment became part of the Bill of Rights because of the concern of some of the Founders, and the states in general, that the federal government, unless specifically restrained, might take over the internal operations of the states, and above their authority.” So, you still think what occurred when our country was in its relative infancy no longer has meaning or application in the ever so sophisticated and complex 21st Century? For those of you not actually embarrassed enough to admit this, I give you but one word: OBAMACARE. This abomination is patently unconstitutional by anyone’s measure and all those that welcome it are obviously brain-dead, mind-numbed robots who want nothing more than to be taken care of and coddled from cradle to grave.


These are Obama’s staunch supporters and they love their Socialist-in-Chief at least in part because they are not competent enough to successfully compete in our magnificent Free Market, Capitalist system. They relish dependency as do young children from their parents. No confusing decision making is required and issues of making good or bad choices is simply not part of their life’s equation. Life for them is simple, clean, and clear. Do as the household authority figures – mom and dad – tell you. If you can accomplish this, you will be rewarded with a delicious desert but if you don’t you’ll be sent to bed early with no television privileges! Obamacare is for life’s losers and incompetents. All well and good save for the fact that those adults among us who have overcome so many of life’s obstacles and have to one degree or another achieved a level of success are footing the bill as we watch with horror and disgust what is happening to the greatest nation God ever gave mankind!


The author points out that, “Constitutional questions have arisen as to the federal government’s authority to take over health care as described in the House and Senate versions of Obamacare. There is no specific authority for the federal government to do so.” This is undoubtedly true and, “lacking any compelling necessity for such a law, it would seem that the Tenth Amendment is strong enough to override the claim that it is constitutional.” The writer accurately continues that if, “this is ruled acceptable the whole private sector is in danger, because then the government can think up excuses to take over any industry or sector it wants. They’ve already done some of that with the bail outs.” The writer goes on to say that the, “Tenth Amendment should be a defense against Obamacare, cap and trade and other intrusive federal laws and proposals. The Tenth Amendment is certainly at the heart of the Tea Party protests. More and more people are becoming aware of their constitutional protections. We can’t really rely on federal officials to live up to their oath of office. They will have to be held to it by citizens.”


Do you still think that the Tenth Amendment is no more than a relic from America’s dusty past? It is more relevant now than when first conceived for those that had lived under the tyranny of an absolute, all powerful central government were absolutely scared to death of it and were bound and determined never to let it happen in the United States. The passage of time, however, seems to have dulled the edge of that long ago warning. Americans today no longer have that sense of urgency and fear necessary to be ever vigilant of our precious rights and freedoms. We have become weak, lazy, soft, and far too complacent. Our senses have been dulled by the slow and gradual introduction of an ever increasing and more powerful central government coupled with a loss of freedom and opportunity. Many believe it began with FDR’s New Deal, was further reinforced by LBJ’s Great Society, and continues unabated today with our current Usurper-in-Chief and his Socialist minions.


The Tenth Amendment as well as the first nine were designed for only one purpose: to keep this nation free. Free not from foreigners who would invade and destroy us but rather from internal enemies and saboteurs who are Hell bent on transforming America into something never intended by those who sacrificed so much to create it. No, they are not terrorists who fly planes into buildings but in fact are far more insidious for they are fellow Americans. They want no less than our foreign enemies to bring this nation to its knees and desire to see nothing less than the complete destruction of the United States as envisioned by the Founding Fathers. To date, they have been amazingly and frighteningly successful. They have managed to destroy so much of the progress that this nation has made that many of us “Evil Conservatives” have serious doubts that, should America remain on its current path, our constant march to excellence will have become nothing more than a cherished memory remembered only by those old enough to have been fortunate enough to have actually experienced it. We are afraid that those who come after us might never experience the beauty of things like American Exceptionalism or American freedom.


Every single act, bill, or law supported by those on the Far Left are designed to do nothing but destroy our country and create as much government dependency as possible until concepts like rugged individualism and self-reliance are ground into the dust. This is being done purposely and with extreme malice. Take, for example, the Anointed One’s energy policies, or lack thereof. Are you aware that we have enough natural resources of our own in the form of oil, natural gas, and coal for America to become completely, 100% energy independent in a very short period of time (see the Energy Independence Rant of 6/23/09)? Didn’t know that did you? If we could but unleash the legendary American resourcefulness and creativity we would no longer have to depend on foreign sources for our energy needs.


This is not open to interpretation or debate for it is just one of those pesky little facts or truths that Liberals do their best to ignore or destroy. That, however, doesn’t make it any less true. Why won’t Obama and his fellow travelers let us go after our own resources so we can finally stop depending on others for our needs? It’s no less complicated than the fact that the Brother-in-Chief and his supporters among the LFE desire to see us remain dependent. It’s in their Socialist interest to do so. It’s part of their mind-set and game plan. They are Statists and One-Worlders who completely deny the concept of American Exceptionalism as well as free market economics. Additionally, should we be allowed by our “Masters” to aggressively go after and utilize our own abundant resources we would see gas prices at the pumps and home heating oil plummet. When Obama began his “Imperial Presidency,” gasoline averaged $1.86 per gallon and Americans were obviously so much more free than they are today. We were free from over bearing and crippling prices for the fuel that drives our economic engine. We had the freedom to travel when and where we wished. We were free to seek employment at far greater distances from our homes.


Furthermore, we were free to spend a much smaller percentage of our income on fuel which we could then divert into other areas of our lives. Our current Usurper-in-Chief desperately wants to deny us our freedom of mobility which has been one of the hallmarks or highlights of the American experience throughout our history. His Majesty Obama, however, desires this not to be the case. He and his ilk want to keep the citizenry as dependent as possible on an out of control, all powerful, centralized Federal Government that will dictate and micromanage every aspect of our lives. Additionally, unless you are in some kind of irreversible vegetative state, you’re acutely aware that unemployment in this country has reached staggering proportions and shows no sign of abating in the foreseeable future. That figure stands at 9.1 or 9.2% but that is both misleading and deceptive. If you factor in all those folks who have surrendered and stopped looking for work or if you are one of the huge numbers who want full-time employment but have to settle for ten, twenty, or thirty hours per week the unemployment figure stands at just a tad under 20%!


The next time you see the “Bamster” on the tube solemnly and gravely bemoaning our current unemployment woes, think of what’s going on in the Oval Office behind closed doors. Old Barry and the Boys are dancing on the desk and doing the happy-slappy and high-fiving with total delight and abandon for this is exactly what they want and need to have! It creates yet additional dependence upon government in the form of unemployment insurance which has been extended to 99 weeks! After that finally runs out, welfare awaits thus creating even more dependency. Were we allowed by our Supreme Leader to take advantage of America’s natural resources the unemployment figures would sink like a boulder in a kiddy pool! This, of course, creates far less dependency on government and far more self-reliance and those on the Far Left simply can’t have that!!


Hold on you say! What in the world does all this have to do with the Tenth Amendment to the Bill of Rights? Where are you going with all this bilge?!? Patience, Skippy, patience. We’ll get there. An article by one Dr. Clark Jensen entitled, “Obama’s Energy Policy(http://dr.clarkjensen.com),” informs us that Obama, “has shut down offshore drilling in the Gulf for over a year. He drove most offshore drillers away from the Gulf or into bankruptcy. He has not yet allowed drilling in ANWR. 85% of offshore drilling sites are still off limits to drilling. He sent 2 billion in taxpayer dollars to a company in Brazil to encourage deep-water offshore drilling in Brazil and he is bragging about his extended push for drilling.” In addition, Jensen notes that, “if the government continues to run the energy industry and restricts it at every turn, I am sure nothing will happen quickly, but if we get rid of unnecessary government restrictions to the market and let the drillers do what they know how to do, we will see a great increase in available oil in a short period of time.” He explains that he is not, “implying that we rape the earth. Nobody wants that. We have now been drilling for oil long enough to know how to drill without causing damage to our environment.”


Ready, ‘cause here it comes. The author points out that, “if we pay attention to the Constitution of the United States, particularly the 10th Amendment, we come to realize that the federal government has no Constitutional right to restrict the drilling of oil in the first place, nor do they have the right or authority to own state lands except for very few specified purposes.” He adds that if, “the Tenth Amendment was not being ignored, most of our energy problems would go away, but because the Federal Government has usurped these powers, not just with this administration but with all administrations over the past century, the government is overpowering the private sector and is destroying the free market.” How’s that for the Tenth Amendment as it relates to America’s energy independence, hmmmm? The author concludes that we, “have to continue to remind ourselves that when we see federal government stupidity that the answer to these problems is not more law, but less. We have to remind ourselves to get back to the foundational principles that made our nation great. Limited government and separation of powers as guaranteed by the Constitution would solve our energy problems and financial problems as a nation in a heartbeat. Don’t forget our roots, they are our salvation.”


Looks like those long dead white guys certainly knew what the Hell they were talking about all those years ago when they created the blueprint for America’s future. Whenever we drift away from those First Principles, our nation is thrown into turmoil which allows Bastards like El Destructo-in-Chief to further destroy this country and the American spirit. When we adhere closely to those principles laid down in our founding documents there is nothing we can’t accomplish. Absolutely nothing. In an article entitled, “The Tenth Amendment: A Rallying Point for Patriots(http://pajamasmedia.com),” the author correctly notes that when, “Barack Obama was elected President of the United States, many citizens understood that freedom was at risk. This was because Obama’s political reputation was already characterized by the pursuit of bigger government, higher taxes, and the kind of single payer health care plan that has led to the medical demise of Britain and Canada.” This is exactly what makes those on the Far Left salivate and drool. They desperately want to see the death of traditional America in the shortest possible time. When Obamacare became the law of the land they could literally taste victory and did nothing to hide their utter jubilation and sheer joy at the prospect of things to come. They were in the very throes of a total feeding frenzy that would put a rogue school of Great Whites to utter shame!


The same source notes that almost immediately upon the Pretender-in-Chief’s inauguration, we began to hear a tremendous amount of noise about the concept of state’s rights the likes of which this nation hadn’t seen or heard since the days preceding the Civil War. The oft-ignored and little known 10th Amendment reared its head and bared its fangs and this scared the living shit out of the Statists and the LFE. They actually became unhinged as the American people through their state legislatures were in overwhelming numbers yelling, screaming, and pounding their fists insisting that our Constitution be adhered to! The “sheeple” have had enough of being bullied about by an out of control and seemingly unaccountable centralized government controlled by political hacks and professional liars in Washington. The piece goes on to point out that the, “focus on states’ rights that began after Obama was sworn into office has not only continued . . . but has actually increased,” and that in fact because of the, “passage of the stimulus bill and the more recent health care reform 38 states have passed some type of resolution emphasizing the rights reserved to them in the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution.” Yeah, there it is again – that pesky little thing known as the United States Constitution. Go figure.


The Liberals don’t seem to understand that we “little people” are thoroughly, completely, and totally pissed off by the elite scum of the LFE. We are usually docile and complacent because we’re far too busy just getting through our day. When we correctly feel that our country is quite literally being transformed and destroyed, however, all bets are off and business as usual simply won’t suffice. Thus, we see the rise of movements like the Tea Party folks and otherwise average Americans that simply won’t go away and by all indications are growing at exponential rates (see The Tea Party Rant of 8/19/11). The members of the LFE are completely confounded and confused when we commoners bare our fangs and growl ominously. They are not used to being called on the carpet by their “lessers” but rather assume their natural superiority must never be questioned or challenged by us simpletons. Who in the Hell do we think we are anyway? Our lot in life is to simply shut up and obey! In case they hadn’t noticed, those days are forever gone and we even have the date when it all changed: July 4, 1776!


The author continues the, “Tenth Amendment was meant to guarantee that the federal government stayed within its proper sphere. Therefore, it makes it clear that all powers not explicitly given to the federal government belong to the states, and that all powers belonging to the states actually belong to the people.” Our leaders are being sent a clear and unambiguous message by those of us way down here at the bottom and the, “message was that citizens around the country, both Republican and Democrat, had already seen enough of Obama’s hope and change.” Yes, that message is being sent clearly and very loudly. We’re upset down here in the trenches but as is all too often the case, Washington has been completely unreceptive and even hostile to those of us for whom our elected officials supposedly work. We are supposed to be a representative republic built around firm, bedrock constitutional principles. It seems, however, that this is no longer the case in today’s political environment.


While the supporters of the Constitution and particularly the Tenth Amendment correctly view it as a weapon to be used against those who would turn the United States into something it was never intended to be: a Socialist monstrosity in which individual rights and freedom are subordinated for that nebulous thing known as “the greater good.” When you hear this phrase being bandied about by our so-called leaders it’s time to get your ass down to the compound, stock up on all manner of canned goods, and see that the ammo is both fresh and plentiful! That phrase means no more and no less than they’re coming to get you and that you’d better get ready for the fight of your life. Those that want to act in the name of the greater good do not believe that you are in any way part of their equation. They want you silenced and if they can accomplish this end by destroying our Constitution and the Tenth Amendment they would be more than happy to do so.


In a web piece entitled, “Constitution in 2020: Obama Left Moves War On Founding Documents Into Final Stage(http://patdollard.com),” we read that since the Anointed One’s election, “conservatives have complained that the U.S. Constitution has been under assault by progressives who view the document as a roadblock to the implementation of their goals.” That statement is both simultaneously instructive and scary as Hell! In fact, the Beloved Leader insists that the Constitution is, “flawed because it restricts government power to encroach on the individual rights of citizens, and that a corrective is needed to positively state what the government can do.”


As written, the Constitution absolutely curtails precisely the ability of government to ride rough shod over the rights of individual citizens. Those men of so many years ago knew what unrestrained and unbridled power can do to liberty and freedom. For this reason, the Bill of Rights – all ten of them – were written in the negative. They tell the government in no uncertain terms what it absolutely can’t and must not do. Jefferson understood this perfectly when he wrote the Declaration of Independence. He insisted that when government abrogates our natural rights given to us by God, citizens have a duty to abolish said government and create a new one based on the proposition that government exists to serve the people and that the people are not here to serve the government. This deeply frustrates and angers our modern day Statists as exemplified by Barry and the Gang. They simply can’t allow silly little things like the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to thwart their unquenchable lust for power and control even if it destroys the country in the process!


The author asks, “is there a broad-based progressive plan to subvert the U.S. Constitution by changing the definition of words so that the meaning becomes entirely different than the original intent of the Framers?” He answers in the affirmative and even provides a name for this plan: The Constitution of 2020. He explains that, “Those who adhere to Obama’s view of a flawed Constitution believe that one of its glaring oversights is the failure to address economic and social justice, i.e., the redistribution of wealth (see The Social Justice Rant of 7/27/11).” This is merely code in Socialist Speak which when translated means nothing more than taking away what others have honestly and fairly earned by dint of hard work and giving it to those who haven’t done a damned thing! Instead of raising up those at the bottom by insisting that government get the Hell out of the way, he prefers to drag the rest of us down to their level thereby creating even more dependency. He is literally trying to turn us into a nation of serfs or economic slaves who exist to serve only the wants and needs of those who inhabit the manor. He despises Free Market Capitalism and eagerly looks forward to its demise. He cares not a whit that our economic system coupled with the political genius of our Founding Fathers made this country the wealthiest, most powerful, most benevolent, and freest society in planetary history. He wants – and is succeeding – in doing exactly that with, of course, the wiling assistance of those on the Far Left.


The author correctly asserts that the, “Tenth Amendment has been ripped to shreds as the Federal Government has encroached on the power of the states to chart their own course, within the limits specified in the amendment.” With the evisceration of the Tenth Amendment, Obama and the rest of the LFE are doing their damndest to destroy amendments one through nine as well. The writer points out that the 2nd Amendment (my personal favorite), “has been attacked as the Feds attempted to make a case for massive new gun control laws by staging an illegal scheme to run guns to Mexico in order to pad statistics which would then show that the U.S. is arming the drug cartels.” He also explains that the Commerce Clause of our Constitution, “was erroneously used as justification for passing the mammoth government takeover of health care, when in fact, this clause does nothing but give Congress the power to regulate commerce between the states, foreign nations, and Indian tribes.”


Obama and his Mind-Numbed Minions are purposely and gleefully ripping our Founding documents into millions of pieces thereby effectively destroying our nation. The writer correctly asserts that since Obama assumed the mantel of power, that even our First Amendment has been under and unrelenting attack and he lambasts any news organization , for example, that has the temerity to criticize the Exalted One. Joe Klein of Time Magazine even described our right to free speech, “as sedition if such speech is critical of the Administration,” while the freedom to, “practice one’s religion has been promoted as applying only to Muslims while Christians and other groups have been silenced at various functions.”


Care for just a few more examples of just how much disdain and contempt this sorry-ass excuse for a President has for the principles and ideals that founded this nation and made it the envy of the world? Tough – ‘cause here they come. The web piece insists that the, “doctrines of enumerated powers and checks and balances between the 3 equal branches of government have been thrown out the window as the Executive Branch has seized unprecedented power through executive orders that bypass the necessary approval of Congress. And all of this was done with the tacit approval of a Congress dominated by Democrats who gave Obama anything he wanted, including abdicating their responsibility to provide oversight to the Executive Branch.”


The author concludes by posing an exceedingly relevant question: “Is Constitution2020 a blueprint for tyranny?” The answer can only be a resounding and overwhelming YES! Remember, every last member of the LFE despises the United States as presently constituted and desires its demise so they can replace it with their own Socialist, collectivist vision. The author opines that tyranny, “as our Founders understood it refers to government oppression. That oppression can take many forms, including trampling on the rights of the individual – the smallest minority – for the greater good. Rights, as they understood it, do not involve others having to pay through taxation for what individuals should do for themselves.” He maintains, however, that to those on the Far Left, “rights include exactly that . . . forcing others to pay for programs that embody a nanny state mentality and thus trampling on the rights of taxpayers who must foot the bill as mandated not only by Congress but by a new interpretation of the Constitution itself, meaning of course, that Congress could no longer legally cut funding to such programs.” Finally, he unequivocally insists that, “a citizen has a right NOT to pay somebody else’s way – an assertion that is heresy to those who envision a nation where fundamental change involves moving to a more Marxist based society.”


Remember folks, The Charlatan-in-Chief is coming up for reelection in the near future. If he is successful, I fear the United States is utterly doomed. The country in which we were fortunate enough to be born will become a complete Hell on earth for those of us who still cherish liberty and freedom!!

The Tea Party Movement Rant

Unless you’ve been living in a remote cave somewhere deep within an inaccessible wilderness region without any way to communicate with the outside world, you’ve at least heard of the Tea Party Movement. If you get the bulk of your news and current events from what’s been dubbed the “Lame-Stream Media,” none of what you have learned comes even close to hitting the mark. These citizens and patriots have been described only in the most negative and insulting of terms by such “news” organizations as the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, and so many, many more. Television “news” outlets like NBC, ABC, and CBS have followed suit and the general public is overwhelmingly inundated by spurious and bogus reporting and op-ed pieces concerning the Tea Party Folks and their motives, methods, and goals.(see related video)

They are viewed as malcontents and misanthropes who seem motivated by a warped, outdated sense of patriotism and love of country. They are ridiculed and derided for their passionate desire to be governed according to the precepts and principles set forth in our Founding Documents like the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. They are strict constructionists who are seen as throwbacks to a time in America’s history that is no longer relevant in the ever so sophisticated and increasingly complex 21st Century.

They are seen by virtually all those on the Far Left as extremely dangerous gun-toting, hillbilly types with little or no education and absolutely no sophistication whatsoever. They are thought to be part of some Far Right reactionary movement bent on fomenting and implementing policies and goals that would nullify all the progress this nation has achieved over the past few hundred years. Where women are concerned, the Tea Partiers are deemed to be staunch members of the “barefoot and pregnant mob” and as far as “People of Color”, they are viewed as blatantly racist types who would actually love nothing more than to return to the days of the ante-bellum South.

They supposedly harbor a deep-seated loathing of foreigners regardless of where they come from but a special hatred is reserved for those aliens from south of our border. Additionally, they are viewed as mindless, flag-waving, anti-intellectual cretins who receive their marching orders from some vague, nebulous, and nefarious cabal loosely labeled as a “vast right wing conspiracy.” They are accused by no less a luminary than our own thoroughly inept, incompetent, and anti-American “Booby-in-Chief” as a bunch of bitter failures who, “cling to their guns and religion.” Yeah, I guess those pesky First and Second Amendments should be viewed as part of the problem here and obviously must be repealed post-haste.

As a general rule to live by, whatever the mainstream media is against and savagely trashes I take the exact opposite position and vice-versa. Thus far, I cannot recall a single example of when this tactic has not stood me in good stead. If they’re for it then I’m agin’ it. Anyone who has closely, seriously, and honestly looked at and investigated the Tea Party Movement must conclude that the above characterizations ascribed to the Tea Party Types are no more or less than defamatory, libelous, and slanderous in the extreme. They are continually lied about, mocked, and ridiculed by those on the Far Left and, no this is not merely a case of misinterpretation or an honest but mistaken analysis. It is purposeful, hateful, and is inspired by an urgent sense of fear and even panic.

Those that constantly and maliciously malign this truly grassroots movement are indeed afraid of it because it represents something rarely seen in America. Enough common, average, ordinary, everyday American citizens have become so fed up and angry at our nation’s political elite – on both sides of the aisle – that they can no longer sit still or stand idly by while they witness the purposeful and vicious destruction of the United States of America!

The country that we love is being destroyed by those who lead it and there exist tens upon tens of millions of us out there that simply refuse to let it happen. You know that there is certainly something amiss when common citizens get this riled up on such a massive scale. Most of us simply do not have the time or energy under normal circumstances because life just has this nasty habit of getting in the way. We have jobs, careers, and businesses to attend to. We have homes and families to raise and that’s always an expensive and time-consuming proposition. We also, of course, have our taxes to pay and we know what happens when we dare to ignore our obligations to Uncle Sam! Anyone who’s ever had to deal with the IRS knows that it just ain’t pretty. When the “Great Unwashed” finally gets fed up enough, furious enough, then it’s time to sit up real straight and pay strict attention.

When we make the time in addition to and in spite of our normal responsibilities to travel either locally or at times great distances to attend rallies and protests over what are correctly perceived to be deplorable and ruinous policies emanating from Washington, it’s time to comprehend that business as usual will no longer be tolerated and that finally real hope and real change are actually not merely a possibility but indeed a dire necessity! This utterly and absolutely inspires fear in those that have caused or contributed to the seemingly endless plethora of woes and ills currently besieging the United States. I think we can all pretty much agree that something which is feared can be deemed the enemy and the enemy must be hated and destroyed!

The Tea Party Movement and those who agree with it have been deemed the enemy, especially by the LFE(Liberal Fucking Elite) and the Far Left ideologues and demagogues whose entrenched power and influence are perceived as being threatened. The threat this time comes not from some foreign enemy or ideology nor does it stem from some dissatisfied fringe element within our nation. Rather, it comes from ordinary, hard-working, tax-paying, patriotic citizens who love their country and refuse to see its destruction without a fight! When folks like those just described are seen as the enemy by our ruling elites, you can be damned sure that there is something seriously wrong and that change is absolutely coming! I believe and fervently hope that the 2010 mid-term elections were just a mere harbinger of what’s coming down the pike in 2012!!

What then is this “thing” called the Tea Party Movement? As described by Conservapedia(www.conservapedia.com), it is, “an ongoing nationwide mainstream movement of grassroots protestors, encompassing millions of individuals and thousands of self-organizing groups, all united in accomplishing a single goal: returning fiscal responsibility and limited government to the United States through the exercise of political activism.” Yes indeed, these folks certainly should be feared but only by those who would bring America to its knees and destroy our most cherished institutions and traditions. The Tea Partiers should be feared by our Ruling Elites who seem to think that we are here to serve them rather than serve as our duly elected representatives. No, for they would much prefer to rule as opposed to merely govern. Those whom we elect and therefore afford the privilege of humbly serving this great nation more often than not have extremely short and myopic memories. They all too frequently forget the relationship that is supposed to exist between the citizens and those who hold high elected office. After winning a few elections they come to view their positions as sinecures or fiefdoms and are more then content to view and treat the electorate as no more than serfs who exist only to do the bidding of their betters.

The same source cited above also explains that, “the main focus of the Tea Party Movement is a rebuke of outrageous mandates, overspending and a radical agenda by an out of touch federal government with values similar to King George lll.” How dare these crazy Tea Party Guys even suggest such radical ideas like returning and adhering to things like First Principles!?! The nerve of them insisting that our government should spend our money wisely and in a fiscally responsible manner! You know, the way that most of us attempt to spend no more than we earn because we understand the destruction to be wrought by treading down that path. Who do these “hicks” from somewhere deep within the nation’s hinterland think they are by insisting on a return to the concept of limited government as envisioned by our Founders?

While the birth of the Tea Party Movement is often linked to a 2009, Rick Santelli speech, it’s roots go far deeper than that. The anger, resentment, and frustration that finally caused the pot to boil over has existed for literally decades. In fact, “it is likely the movement was in gestation for years, in the hearts and minds of American citizens concerned about the path down which progressive policies have been taking the United States of America, and its emergence has been called main street America’s indictment against the ruling class.” The widely televised but always misreported upon Tea Party rallies and gatherings are in fact, “protests of the generational theft of public tax monies, the tremendous extensions of United States Federal government with the intent to contravene the system of checks and balances for which the Constitution provides, and the attempt, which some movement leaders say has been in progress for several decades, to sacrifice liberty for permanent dependency.”

Yeah, those whacked out, crazy Tea Partiers. How dare they raise questions about the nature, role, and scope of government in a Constitutional representative republic? Who the Hell do these “yokels” think they are by graphically and dramatically illustrating that there is truly something rotten in the state of the nation’s capitol? They must be just a bunch of damned malcontents with way too much time on their hands and nothing better to do, right? Absolutely wrong! Yet this is exactly and precisely how they are viewed by the vast majority of Liberal Democrats and virtually all of those on the Far Left and especially by one hundred per cent of those outrageous liars and hypocrites who constitute the LFE!

Conservapedia correctly asserts that the Tea Party Movement began by protesting primarily two major areas of our government run amok and these are excessive taxation coupled with special privilege. However, “as the movement has progressed, it has begun to sound broader themes,” which include, “self-responsibility, self-autonomy, limited government, a requirement that government live within its own means, capitalism, freedom of all varieties of production and trade, and respect for the United States Constitution.” These folks are true American patriots and to see and hear them mocked, ridiculed, and belittled by those phony, lying, hypocritical Bastards on the Far Left is to realize precisely and exactly who the “enemy” really is. They are the statists, the advocates of the Nanny State, the ones who would relinquish and make meaningless the concept of American sovereignty, and those who would destroy the special status of American citizenship and exceptionalism.

These are the saboteurs and the ones who feel that the United States of America is no better – and probably far worse – than some third-world shit hole governed by a tin-horn, two-bit thug of a dictator who rules by nothing but brute and brutal force. These are the ones that put such overwhelming stock on vaunted and corrupt international organizations as the useless and venal United Nations or the International Criminal Court! These buffoons are so far beneath the level of even the lowliest, most humble member of the Tea Party Movement that comparison defies all logic and common sense.

Wikipedia, another on-line encyclopedia(http://wikipedia.org), also has an entry entitled, “Tea Party Movement.” That source maintains that the Tea Party Movement,” is an American populist political movement that is generally recognized as conservative and libertarian,” and that it endorses, “reduced government spending, opposition to taxation in varying degrees, reduction of the national debt and federal budget deficit, and adherence to an originalist interpretation of the United States Constitution.” Certainly, these goals must be viewed with suspicion and fear for they are utterly radical and frightening – if you happen to be a member of this nation’s entrenched ruling elite! What frightens them the most is the entire concept or notion of that thing called “Populism.” Populism and populist causes are indeed justly feared by all members of the LFE precisely because it does not emanate from the top down but rather percolates from the bottom up and America’s rulers simply can’t abide by that for it upsets their world view and order. It serves to make these pompous, puffed up, condescending, and arrogant jackasses (sorry to insult all you genuine jackasses running around out there) realize just how truly unimportant and useless they actually are in a real-world context.

How dare those dirty, unwashed, ignorant, and illiterate folks at the bottom - the dregs if you will – tell their “betters” what to do and how to do it? The “low-life’s” out there can’t possibly know what’s in their own best interest but instead must be lead about by the nose following the dictates and directives from those on high. How can these common slobs possibly know best how to govern and just who in the Hell are they to decide how best to spend their own hard-earned money? Such weighty decisions – and all others – must be made by the inside the beltway mob who will obviously do a far superior job at making decisions for us little folks than we could ever do for ourselves! Their utter condescension is so palpable that I truly believe you could cut it with a dull knife. It literally oozes and drips from their very pores! If our “elites” hold the Tea Party Types in such low esteem, then why are they so frightened by them? Simply look back once again to the massacre that were the 2010 mid-term elections. For Democrats it was an utter slaughter on the national, state, and local levels precipitated in large measure by Tea Party Activists. In what seemed like virtually no time at all, the Tea Party was catapulted onto the national spotlight and into the nation’s consciousness.

They have truly become a political force that must be reckoned with and from the point of view of the LFE, destroyed. They are not merely the latest fad good for a few sound bites at six and eleven PM. They are not just a bunch of rag-tag buffoons who can be placated and co-opted into insignificance. These guys are the real deal and they are also real Americans. The Tea Party Movement is not just a mere blip on the Democrat radar screen nor are they a bunch of society’s losers having one of their periodic temper tantrums who can be placated with more entitlements and promises to do better in the future. They see their country being destroyed, being turned on its head, and being Socialized and they absolutely refuse to sit quietly by and tolerate it. This is one of the worst possible scenarios that America’s elites can imagine: the great silent majority that is no longer silent! Our ruling class is frightened to death by what’s coming at them in November of 2012 and they damned well should be. 2012 is literally our election to lose. If we do, and Barry Boy is granted another four years, I fear it will be impossible to undo the purposeful devastation he has and will continue to wreak on our country!

According to the same source cited above, “the bailouts of banks by the Bush and Obama administrations triggered the Tea Party’s rise,” and that those in the movement, “think that federal spending, deficits and taxes are too high, and they think that no one in Washington is listening to them, and that latter point is really, really important.” Yes, it is. There really haven’t been too many times in America’s past that those of us being governed have reacted so angrily to those doing the governing. All we demand is that those we elect to lead this nation take those who elected them seriously – and they don’t. Once elected, far too many of these Bastards behave as though office-holding is their due, their God-given right and that the electorate can be ignored so that our “rulers” can get on with the real work of lining their own pockets and solidifying their power. Most of us are way beyond mere frustration and have shifted into true, bona fide anger at the sorry state of affairs in this country that we love so dearly. Yes, certainly the Anointed Ones can continue to ignore us but it has reached the point where they do so at their own peril!

Wikipedia identifies at least ten central tenets that most Tea Party Types hold near and dear and it is utterly baffling why so many on the Far Left see them as threatening for they are simply a restatement and an affirmation of the goals that founded and define the United States. They include: identifying the constitutionality of every new law; a rejection of emissions trading; the demand for a balanced budget; simplifying the tax system; auditing of federal agencies; limiting the growth of federal spending; repealing Obamacare; passing an all-inclusive energy policy; and the reduction of earmarks and taxes.” Yeah, that’s some really radical stuff all right, if you happen to be part of the Leftist Elite in this country! The implementation of policies like these will inevitably lead to a smaller, limited, and less powerful central government and the LFE certainly can’t allow that!

How can they possibly survive in their present bloated condition if they have less of our money to waste and far less power than they have grown accustomed to wielding? The Tea Party Folks are viewed by those useless, pampered, and spoiled hucksters as a threat to their power and influence and that simply will not be tolerated. Hell, if they ever lose their government sinecures they might actually be forced to get off their asses and find real jobs and most of them quake, shake, and shudder at the mere prospect of such a Hellish Nightmare. According to Arthur C. Brooks who is the president of the American Enterprise Institute, our nation is, “locked in a culture war between the country as being an exceptional nation organized around the principles of free enterprise-limited government, a reliance on entrepreneurship and rewards determined by market forces or as a country determined by European-style statism.” He’s absolutely correct and that’s what makes the 2012 Presidential election so utterly and absolutely crucial!

The Tea Party Movement is at best a loosely organized amalgam of like-minded folks united by an overwhelming passion to get their country back on track. There is seemingly no one single organization that defines it and it is very difficult to name an individual who can be deemed a national leader or spokesman. The Movement is comprised of hundreds if not thousands of autonomous groups all working in their own way and in their own localities to help restore America to those principles that made it the freest, most powerful, and wealthiest nation that God ever gave mankind. Those of us who agree with the Tea Partiers have finally refused to sit by and watch or tolerate the purposeful destruction of this country primarily by those on the Far Left. We realize that America is standing at a crossroads the likes of which we may never have witnessed in our history. Our country’s future is literally at stake and business – and politics – as usual can no longer be tolerated. I’m sure we’re all familiar with the old saying that all that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to sit by and do nothing. Hackneyed, old, worn, trite, and used? Perhaps, but nonetheless absolutely, spot-on accurate! Sitting around on a Friday at the local pub bitching and whining to one another about America’s future simply won’t cut it anymore for conditions have become far too intolerable.

Remember way back in 2001when George W. Bush announced to the world regarding our terrorist enemies that other nations are either with us or against us? Sure you do. Well, old “W” was predictably mocked, ridiculed, and lambasted for his clear understanding of something most Liberals simply cannot fathom. There do exist absolutes in this world. There is right and there is wrong. There is good and there is evil and they cannot be compromised with, tip-toed around, or swept under the rug. The same is true now. There are those who desperately seek the destruction of the United States of America and those who just as desperately want to return our country to its former greatness made possible by our history, traditions, and institutions. There is no middle ground here and as former President Bush so eloquently put it a decade ago, you’re either with us or you’re agin’ us!

At a Tea Party website(http://theteaparty.net), we learn that the movement exists for the, “education and advancement of the constitutional conservative values of the Tea Party movement,” and that the, “organization was created to help give the power of government back to the people.” They believe, as do more and more citizens that, “our government has grown out-of-control in a death spiral of unsustainable and barely imaginable trillion-dollar deficits and a national debt rivaling Gross Domestic Product.” Furthermore, this “government has ignored the Constitution that defines us; invaded the liberty from which our nation was born; and daily drains away the individuality and entrepreneurial spirit of Americans in order to advance a radical, socialist policy built on the back of American taxpayers.” The piece continues that, “we – like many of you – decided to stand up and do something about it.” The piece confirms that there is no single national Tea Party organization but that it is in fact a true grass roots movement comprised of thousands of totally independent groups nationwide whose members fight in their own way to restore America before it’s too late.

These folks, “decided to stand up so our children inherit as great a nation as we did – not a socialist paradise crippled by debt,” and that, “our mission is to recruit like-minded Americans to the Tea Party in order to advance principles of limited government, fiscal restraint, and individual liberty at all levels of government through promotion and education.” Finally, the piece concludes that the, “Tea Party movement is a grass roots movement of millions of like-minded Americans from all backgrounds and political parties. Tea Party supporters share similar core principles supporting the United States Constitution as the Founders intended such as: limited federal government; individual freedoms; personal responsibility; free markets; and returning political power to the states and the people.”

No wonder the Tea Partiers scare the living shit out of our elites who mistakenly believe that they were truly to the manor born. We are threatening what to them seems like their birthright: to laud it over us little people out here who obviously can’t walk and chew gum simultaneously. The fact that they feel so utterly threatened by a desire among most Americans to return and adhere to First Principles, a reliance on constitutionality, and faith in the ultimate wisdom and common sense of the American citizen is indeed telling. It illustrates just how far apart our elites have drifted away from proven American values, traditions, and institutions. What made this country great at one time can do so again and the members of the LFE know this to a moral certainty and that prospect frightens them into a cold sweat. They see their power not only being challenged but actually destroyed by those they deem as inferior and unworthy of making decisions as to the fate of our nation. Their mindset is no different than monarchs of centuries ago who firmly believed in and operated according to the Divine Right of Kings school of thought. They actually believe this and can’t conceive of even the slightest possibility of us “commoners” functioning without the benefit of their wisdom and guidance!

Well, now that we have at least somewhat of a handle on the goals and aspirations of the Tea Party Movement and what drives it we must next try and ascertain who they are. The fact that they are indeed patriotic Americans who love this country and want its continued growth, development, and prosperity should be more than just a little obvious. The fact that they are literally loathed and despised by members of the LFE tells us a bit more about who they are for as some smart guy once said we are in part judged by the quality of our enemies. It gives me a thoroughly warm and fuzzy glow knowing that those Bastards who are busily and relentlessly trying to destroy my country can legitimately count me as an enemy and have figuratively lined me up in their cross-hairs. I take an inordinate amount of pride in that fact. Well then, let’s take a look at who the Tea Party Folks are. As you’ve probably deduced, they are absolutely NOT the people mocked and ridiculed by our main stream media or those self-styled elites. They are not the Neanderthalic throwbacks they are portrayed to be. Nor are they toothless, hillbilly, uneducated crackers forever cleaning and oiling their rifles and revolvers. While this may be a popular caricature of the Tea Party Guys, just consider the source of the information. The New York Times, NPR, or perhaps Time Magazine? Yeah, they’re clearly fair and unbiased!(see related video)

A piece entitled, “Wake Up America(www.wakeupamericans-spree.blogspot.com), notes that, “The Tea Party, relatively new in comparison with other movements, has gained support from almost every demographic across America.” In fact, “four in ten members are either Independents or Democrats,” thus belying the myth that they’re all raving, ranting, wild-eyed, foaming at the mouth Republicans or Evil Conservatives. Furthermore, less than half declare themselves to be full-blown Republicans and in most respects, “their age, educational background, employment status, and race – Tea Partiers are quite representative of the public at large.” Huh – go figure? Even Liberal apologists like Juan Williams understood how important the Tea Partiers have become in such a brief period of time. He notes that, “Democrats cannot win elections without winning the votes of independent-minded swing voters. This Williams explains, “is where writing off the tea party as a bunch of racist kooks becomes self-destructive.”

He further notes that the, “tea party outage over health-care reform, deficit spending and entitlements run amok is no fringe concern.” Additionally, “it is insulting to all voters to suggest that criticism of President Obama, even by people who want to throw him out of office, is motivated by racism.” It sounds suspiciously like old Juan has actually figured something out – that indeed, America’s Tea Partiers are solidly mainstream! Even one time Presidential hopeful Mike Huckabee explains that the, “Democrats have shown contempt for the people in the Tea Party movement, calling them Astroturf and a bunch of white racists, when polls show that the demographics of the Tea Party movement reflect essentially the demographics of America in terms of gender, age, and race(www.foxnews.com."

Far from being a fringe group on the outskirts of American society, those who make up the Tea Party Movement seem to be quite representative of the nation as a whole and that even upon cursory examination they can accurately be portrayed as a microcosm of America’s wide and varied make up. In an article entitled, “Tea Party Support Declining Somewhat(www.harrisinteractive.com),” the author provides a fairly detailed and significant break down of just who the Tea Partiers really are. He explains that there are, “more strong Tea Party supporters in the East (20%) than in the other regions, but if all Tea Party supporters are counted they are more common in the South (43%) than in the other regions and least likely to be in the West (32%).” In addition, the article points out that a, “much higher proportion (49%) of people over 65 than of Baby Boomers (36%) and younger generations (37% of Gen X, aged 35-46 and 34% of Echo Boomers, aged 18-34) are Tea Party supporters,” and that, “men are much more likely than women (47% vs. 29%) to be Tea Party supporters and to be strong Tea Party supporters (21% vs. 8%).”

Given the facts and figures proffered thus far, the members and supporters of the Tea Party Movement don’t sound anything like the wild-eyed fanatics and fear mongers that they are constantly and consistently portrayed to be by the Far Left and their boot-licking lackeys in the mainstream press. Let’s forge ahead then with a few more salient facts and figures. Not unexpectedly, a full, “70% of Republicans are Tea Party supporters and 26% of them are strong supporters. More surprisingly perhaps, Tea Party supporters include 17% of Democrats and 38% of Independents.” It should also be noted that, “support is lowest (29%) of those with household incomes of less than $35,000,” but the, “largest proportion (24%) who are strong supporters are found among those with household incomes between $50,000 and $75,000.” It really isn’t surprising that, “most Conservatives (69%) are Tea Party supporters and almost a third of them (31%) are strong supporters. However substantial minorities of moderates (27%) and liberals (20%) are also supporters.” So far, none of the demographics presented here would seem to give rise to the popular misconceptions that the Tea Party image has come to represent.

Where the does all the negativity stem from? How can it be accounted for? If you’re actually wondering about this, then you still have much to learn about Liberalism and those who espouse it. They are the grand masters of distortion, half-truths, and bold-faced lies. None of the information about the Tea Partiers presented thus far can be viewed as negative or damning for there is really nothing to criticize or find fault with. This presents those of the LFE with some difficulty for they simply must find a way to smear their sworn enemies. You know, those evil patriotic Americans who love their country. What to do? What to do? They’ll keep digging and searching until they find one fact that they can use to discredit those Americans who simply want their country back. Hey, here’s one! Did you know that, “only a very few African Americans (8%) are Tea Party Supporters compared to 42% of whites and 37% of Hispanics?”

Well, there it is, proof positive that the Tea Party Movement is composed of out-and-out racists who obviously hate people of color and desperately want to return to the days of at least Jim Crow if not full-blown slavery! These statistics can mean absolutely nothing else and the Liberals will shout that charge from every mountain top until it becomes part of the national dialogue. Any and all of us who support the Tea Party Movement are obviously at least closet racists and open to the old Guilt By Association Gambit! What these lying Bastards never tell you is that the entire black population of the United States consistently hovers at roughly between eight and eleven percent and since approximately 8% of the Tea Party membership is black, that number, when put in perspective and actually taken in context, is not really off the mark at all. Given the reality of Political Correctness in this country, however, just the charge of racism or affiliating with a group even slightly perceived as racist is more than enough to make even the strongest among us cringe and cower and effectively shut us up!

Well let’s see, if we can find but one more spurious and bogus charge to level against those evil Tea Partiers we’ll really have ‘em by the short hairs! What else can we find? What else can we distort? Ah, Got It! Did you know, “that there is a strong correlation between support for the Tea Party and (not having) education?” Gasp! Oh, no! In fact, “supporters include 43% of those who never went to college,” and, “36% of people with some college education but no degree. . . .”! Yup, there it is. That’s all she wrote and the Fat Lady is singing her ass off! Not only are these Tea Partiers out-and-out unapologetic racists who hate our minorities but they’re dumber than bricks as well! I guess we can now really write off those goobers and bumpkins. Who’s going to take them seriously now? If you’re a supporter you are leaving yourself wide open not only to the charge of racism but of being a stupid, uneducated, ignorant, and barely literate racist! Who the Hell needs that? Once again we are confronted by the age-old Liberal tactic of lies, distortion, and half-truths. Actually, when it comes to educational levels and achievements the national figures are pretty much in line with those posted for the Tea Party membership. You can easily verify this by going to the Department of Education’s website and analyzing the statistics. Furthermore, our Liberal Elites will also never let you know that within the Tea Party Movement, 33% of the membership are college graduates and 26% percent hold post-graduate degrees! Huh, who woulda thunk it?!?

In a piece put out by the Richmond Tea Party entitled, “United States Tea Party Demographics,” we are informed that almost 70% of those affiliated with the Movement are between the ages of 30 and 64 and that geographically a full 60% hail from the South and the Mid-West. Additionally, just over 80% are white. No matter where they come from, their ethnicity or race, or their political affiliation the larger group consists of all Americans, “who believe in the simple proposition that the Federal Government should not spend money it doesn’t have,” and more importantly they, “believe that the United States is a republic of individuals acting independently as they see fit, not as the Federal Government instructs them to act.” Yeah, now there’s really a radical and reactionary proposition and one that our Founding Fathers would heartily applaud. Even more frightening to those on the Far Left is the undeniable fact that the Tea Party is a, “collection of individuals and self-organizing groups all united in accomplishing a single goal: returning fiscal responsibility and limited government through the exercise of political activism.” The group consists of millions who, “believe in the noble cause of saving our republic from socialism. . . .” While the Tea Party Movement may be accurately viewed as a threat to America’s ruling elite and its power base, it is certainly not a threat to this country!

Even that Liberal Rag the New York Times accurately, if not glowingly, described those affiliated with the Tea Party Movement. A piece entitled, “Poll Finds Tea Party Backers Wealthier and More Educated,” forced me to do a double-take that was actually brutally painful. I’m still having back spasms. The article explains that the, “Tea Party supporters are wealthier and more educated than the general public,” and that the, “18 percent of Americans who identify themselves as Tea Party supporters tend to be Republican, white, male, married and older than 45.” The Tea Partiers, “hold more conservative views on a range of issue than Republicans generally,” and they, “are also more likely to describe themselves as very conservative and President Obama as very liberal.” Even more telling is the indisputable fact that while, “most Republicans say they are dissatisfied with Washington, Tea Party supporters are more likely to classify themselves as angry.” Make no mistake, for those even remotely associated with the Tea Party Movement are way past mere anger and are positive that we are in the midst of one of the worst disasters this country has ever faced.

They cite such things as the forced passage of Obamacare even though the vast and overwhelming number of Americans rejected it. They correctly understand that government spending has run completely amok and are gripped by an uneasy feeling, “that their opinions are not represented in Washington.” The Times accurately informs us that the Tea Party Types, “are far more pessimistic than Americans in general about the economy,” and more than, “90% of Tea Party supporters think that the country is headed in the wrong direction, compared with about 60 percent of the general public.” Additionally, “6 in 10 say that America’s best years are behind us when it comes to the availability of good jobs for Americans.” Perhaps most notably, “almost 9 in 10 disapprove of the job Mr. Obama is doing over all, and about the same percentage fault his handling of major issues: health care; the economy; and the federal budget deficit.” Additionally, “ninety-two percent believe Mr. Obama is moving the country toward socialism, an opinion shared by more than half the general public.” You know, when the New York Times can be candid and honest about a group that is still widely perceived by far too many as a bunch of hayseed wacko’s then maybe it’s time for our elites to get just a tad uneasy.

So, who are these folks who comprise the Tea Party Movement? Are they the devils portrayed by those on the Far Left? Do they constitute a threat to this nation’s continued growth and prosperity? Are they wild-eyed, foaming at the mouth fanatics who are bitter and angry that somehow the American Dream has passed them by? Are they racist, Neanderthalic, throwbacks and just a bunch of angry white men? Obviously, they are none of the above. Instead, it turns out that they are solidly mainstream, patriotic Americans who merely want their country back. They are fed up and disgusted with a government that wants more and more power at the expense of the liberties and freedoms outlined in the Constitution and given to us by God. They want a return to a truly representative republic as envisioned and implemented by our nation’s Founders and they refuse to tolerate anyone from any party who they perceive as a threat to that goal. They desire a return to fiscal responsibility and a limited, constitutional government. They are in fact very, very angry and have become a force to be reckoned with. They are not going away. Despite all of this and more, those on the Far Left instead of listening to them and taking them seriously prefer to use the Smear and Destroy Chapter taken from their bankrupt Democrat Political Playbook.

In an article entitled, “Senator Tea Party – Jim DeMint: The Tea Party vs. NPR,” National Public Radio’s Ross Schiller was quoted as saying that, “The current Republican Party, particularly the Tea Party, is fanatically involved in people’s personal lives and is very fundamental Christian.” He continues that, “I wouldn’t even call it Christian; it’s this weird evangelical kind of movement.” Hmm, “fanatically involved,” and , “weird evangelical,”? Mr. Schiller like so many of those at NPR seems more than just a little adept at ignoring the facts. The gentleman continued that the, “current Republican Party is not really the Republican Party, it’s been hijacked by this group; that is, not just Islamo-phobic but really xenophobic. I mean, basically, they are, they believe in sort of white, middle-American, gun-toting – I mean it’s scary. They’re seriously racist, racist people.” Not particularly coherent, but illustrative nonetheless. So now we’ve got gun-toting, double racist, xenophobic, Islamophobic, and of course, white. This is really the best this Schiller guy and the LFE can do. They proffer no facts with which to support their defamatory views because such facts simply don’t exist. A dearth of evidence, however, has never deterred a dedicated, dyed-in-the-wool, full-blown Liberal. The facts – and the lies – don’t matter when the attitude is always and always has been that the end justifies the means. They can and always do fall back on the ever so popular ad hominem baseless attacks designed to put their targets squarely on the defensive.

The author of the piece correctly explains that Schiller’s remarks constitute merely the, “Latest exhibit in smearing the Tea Party movement as bigots, racists, fascists, Hitler-ites, followers of Attila the Hun, Touquemada, Genghis Khan, or whatever other demon.” He also accurately notes that the, “Tea Party movement was inspired by the breathtakingly reckless spending by the Obama-Pelosi-Reid Democratic leadership that took power in 2009. Its issues are far more economic/fiscal than religious/moral.” He goes onto opine that many, “liberals despise the Tea Party movement because of its roots in opposition to Obama-Pelosi-Reid. Really though, the Tea Party was inadvertently created by liberals – or at least by their reckless spending policies in Washington.” Author Dr. Paul Kruger goes on to point out that, “For many Obama supporters, that kind of careful analysis of opponents is jettisoned. They’d rather transmogrify their detractors into devils and gargoyles than to try to understand them and perhaps even answer them.” In fact, “In Ron Schiller’s take on the Tea Party, we have a member of the liberal elite constructing a reality of his own making, one that flies in the face of evidentiary experience, of thoughtful inspection.” Now there’s a real shocker for you!

This has been the overwhelming tactic of the LFE for well over half a century. The truth does not matter nor do the facts when lies, distortion, and bias will get the job done. If the elites are once again successful in duping the American public leading up to the 2012 Presidential election, this country will have gone over the brink and taken a fatal header off the precipice! Thank God for our modern day Paul Reveres who reside firmly in the Tea Party Movement!!

The Social Justice Scam Rant

Social Justice. Think about that simple phrase for just a moment. Ponder it. Roll it around in your cerebellum for a couple of minutes and see what conclusions you can draw. It sounds anything but venal or destructive. It conjures up concepts like fairness, equality, or perhaps beneficence. It certainly doesn’t bring to mind anything obviously sinister or malevolent. Be warned, however, because that’s exactly what it is.(see related video) If you hear folks enthusiastically singing its praises you are listening to people who utterly loathe and despise this country as presently constituted and envisioned by our Founding Fathers. These people are at the very least Socialists and/or Communists who literally hate such American cornerstones as Rugged Individualism and Free Market Capitalism. They vehemently oppose such bedrock traditions like the Bill of Rights because it absolutely limits the power of government and reins in the desire to rule rather than govern. Social Justice advocates a massive, all powerful centralized government in which the rights of the people come not from God but rather from men – mere mortals. Rights granted by men are at best arbitrary and therefore temporary. Natural rights, conversely, are granted by the Creator and are thus immune from the machinations of those who would restrict or even destroy our freedoms.

In the June, 2011, rant, “The Anti-Americanism In Our Public Schools Rant,” Social Justice was discussed pretty much as it relates to our nation’s educational system in all of its astounding negativity. This piece takes the concept in a broader sense but the conclusions and effects are very similar. Its champions and proponents would love nothing more than to turn our country into just another third world shit-hole. They do not believe in American Exceptionalism and are utterly convinced that anyone who has more than anybody else could not have obtained whatever wealth they have accumulated by dint of hard work, planning, and establishing and reaching goals. No, success can only be achieved nefariously with no regard for the “little people” whose lives have been crushed by those of us who have achieved even a modicum of prosperity. Success, according to them, can be achieved only at the expense of others for they claim that our system constitutes a zero sum gain in which there is only so much to go around. If I, for example, have two pieces of pie it’s more than obvious that someone out there has been unfairly and cruelly deprived of his piece! It can be no other way. They refuse to comprehend or acknowledge the truism that barring the occasional glitch, our Free Market System causes the pie to continually grow and expand thus affording more and more individuals access to the resources they need to succeed and improve their lives.

Those that preach Social Justice are society’s great levelers and are determined to bring everyone down to the same plateau of misery, despair, and hopelessness. This they believe is only fair and just. If everyone can’t achieve wealth then obviously no one should be allowed to do so and therefore one of the main tenets of the Social Justice Mob is wealth redistribution. Take from those who have worked and earned and give it to those who have not. In their warped, distorted view of reality nothing could be more equitable than that and anyone who disagrees is obviously an evil advocate of Capitalism and, ipso facto, must be severely punished! How will they achieve their sinister plans for bringing the United States to its knees and implementing the destruction of Free Market Capitalism?

They will do so by constantly increasingly the size and scope of government to such an extent that its tentacles reach down to every citizen and controls-regulates all aspects of life in this country. It’s happening right now and has been the Liberal battle plan since at least the 1960’s with the advent of the Great Society which was a 100% total failure! The Social Justicers amongst us use as one of their main weapons an utterly confiscatory and horribly unfair system of taxation which is employed to both change and control our behavior from cradle to grave. They then provide those at the bottom with ever more so-called “entitlements” to create a permanent and utterly dependent underclass that will unquestionably do the bidding of the elite few who control the system and issue marching orders to the unthinking “booby” class! Those that control the purse strings can dictate any behavior they believe is in their own best interest which is and has always been raw, unbridled, and unmitigated power!

While meandering through a variety of dictionaries, I failed to find the term Social Justice. I did, however, come up with: Social; Justice; and Just. Well certainly, I thought those are fine starting points with which to begin an investigation of the concept and its consequences. Merriam-Webster’s defines social as, “of or relating to human society; the interaction of the group and its members and the welfare of those members.” Justice is defined as, “the administration of what is just,” and just is explained as, “morally or legally right,” and it is tied to terms like Deserved, Merited, Upright, Honorable, and Honest. Well then, there you have it. How can any concept or movement tied to the words Social Justice be anything but beneficial, noble, and benign? This makes no sense unless you are very familiar with Liberal tactics like prevarication, obfuscation, and plain old Double Speak!

The Liberals amongst us can’t openly, honestly, and unabashedly announce their intentions of literally destroying America and transforming it into something it was never intended to be. That old dog just don’t hunt and that old mule ain’t never gonna plow! So, how to overcome this weighty problem? Invent a name or a phrase that no one, at least on the surface, could possibly object to and wouldn’t even dare verbalize those objections because of the torrent of invectives and ad hominem attacks that will be hurled at him as sure as flies are attracted to shit! It might sound something like, “What the Hell is wrong with you? How can you possibly be against Social Justice? You must be some kinda damned racist!” You’ll get a similar reaction should you have the utter temerity, the balls, to ever object to Liberal efforts to throw more money at our public school system when the adults in the room fully comprehend that the problems with education have absolutely nothing to do with increased funding. You’re sure to hear something like, “What, are you nuts? What have you got against the children? You’re just a cold, cruel, heartless Son of a Bitch!”

Care for a few more short examples? You bet! Liberals constantly tout themselves off as the champions of the nation’s poor, downtrodden, and powerless and they sound ever so compassionate in their utterances. Why then do they do their damndest to foment and instigate class warfare at every opportunity? They need the various classes to constantly be at one another’s throats in order to further reinforce the illusion that they really do care about the less fortunate amongst us. If poor folks ever stop voting the Liberal Line, they’ll be under that proverbial bus in less time than it took Barry Boy to dump good old Pastor Jeremiah! You ever hear the Liberals make the claim that they want America to be a color blind society so that Martin’s dream can finally be brought to fruition? Of course you have, for it is a Liberal trademark. It’s also a bald-faced, out and out, total lie! They do all they can to exacerbate and escalate racial division and expressions like “institutional racism” are a mainstay of their old, tired, and worn playbook. If ever the perception spreads that there exists harmony between and among the races then the Liberals lose their huge voting block that they hold with our minority citizens. Additionally, race hustlers and baiters like Jackson and Sharpton are unemployed and we certainly can’t have that, now can we? Remember, words mean things and anyone can sound good, caring, and compassionate. In order to understand just how truly dangerous and destructive Liberalism is you must get past the Bullshit and Bombast and reflect only on their actions and the horribly deleterious results of Liberal policy!

The author of an article entitled, “Republican Voter: Liberal Democrats Are Ruining America(www.delcotimes.com), notes that he has been following politics for more than forty years and this is the first time he fears, “for this country’s future due to the liberal policies of this administration and the over-liberal Democratic Congress that wastes no time in writing another check on the shoulders of the American taxpayer.” He continues that, “if we allow this spending frenzy to continue, we will end up having a third world nation instead of what our forefathers envisioned more than 200 years ago, a republic with limited government and freedom for the individual.” The author expresses this view that countless Americans fully concur with and in fact it is precisely these concerns that spawned the entire and entirely successful grass roots Tea Party Movement.

If any of us ran our homes the way the Social Justice Mob wants to run the nation we’d all be bankrupt, living in a shelter, or perhaps on the street. We simply can’t run up debt and deficits on a personal level like the Liberal Democrats are doing on the national level. At some point the piper must be paid and we simply can no longer afford the bill! The writer continues that, “champions of social justice have harmed this country for too long,” and we absolutely, “know all too well the dangers of permanent handouts at the expense of the working public.” Amen, Brother! I have read absolutely frightening statistics that point out that fewer than half of those in our so-called labor force are actually employed and are therefore paying taxes. Something like the top 2% of all American wage earners pay just about 40% of all taxes while the top ten percent pay over 75% of all taxes. This is utterly unsustainable! The bottom 51% of all wage earners pay nada, zip, zero!

We had a revolution in this country all those years ago and one of the major issues then was taxation especially the kind without representation. I’ve got news for you folks, we are in the exact same situation today regarding both of those issues. Those of us who still fork over our hard-earned money to the government are certainly not receiving adequate representation from the political class that believes it has a license to steal. Are you aware, for example, that “Obamacare” was vehemently rejected by something like 80% of our citizens who were either satisfied or very satisfied with the health care and health insurance they currently hold? The public completely rejected it but it was rammed down our throats nonetheless. Does that sound like representation to you, hmmm?

The Bamster’s tax on energy use and production – Cap and Trade – has not yet become a reality but it will if we allow The Anointed One and his minions to continue to ride rough-shod over our rights. (see the, “Obama Crap and Tax Rant,” of 11/23/10) The vast majority of us insist that we become self-sufficient concerning energy and we sure as Hell have enough of our own natural resources to make it happen! Are we drilling in places like ANWR? No. Our Environmentalist Wacko-in-Chief has publicly vowed to personally destroy our coal industry even though we can now liquefy the stuff so that it burns cleanly. Are we using our vast resources wisely and productively? No. We have more natural gas than anyone on the planet. Are we allowed to go and get it? No. Does this sound like we are receiving adequate representation on these and so many more crucial areas of life? No!! If our Founding Fathers could look down and see what has happened to their original vision they’d come back and stage a second American Revolution!

John J. Pino, the author of the piece under consideration, concludes by pointing out that, “Sixty-five years ago, referring to a socialistic system of government, Ludwig Von Mises said, “The champions of socialism call themselves progressives, but they recommend a system which is characterized by rigid observance of routine and by a resistance to every kind of improvement. They call themselves liberals, but they are intent upon abolishing liberty. They call themselves Democrats, but they yearn for dictatorship. They call themselves revolutionaries, but they want to make the government omnipotent. They promise the blessings of the Garden of Eden, but they plan to transform the world into a gigantic post office.” Finally he notes that this, “is the view of many Democrats today. Under the guise of social justice, they plan to create a socialist environment with scarce resources, curtailed freedom for the individual and a federal budget that would choke a horse.”

One Kasey Write Wringer penned a piece entitled, “Is Social Justice Destroying America?” (www.associatedcontent.com), which deals with the issues of what exactly Social Justice is and how it harms our nation. She explains that, “Social Justice in a nutshell is when the wealth of those who work is taken from them by the government and redistributed to those who have not worked for it.” Simply and accurately put. Wealth transfer is advocated only by Socialists or Communists whose end game has always been and remains the creation of a government that intrudes and invades literally every and all aspects of the lives of its citizens. Obviously, as the government becomes ever bigger and more powerful the populace finds itself with less and less freedom. The concept of limited government with only those powers granted to it in our magnificent Constitution is enough to send these people into a total wild-eyed, foaming at the mouth fury! If you ever want to test this little theory, here’s something that you can do.

Step into any student union at virtually any of our nation’s colleges or universities for there you will find an endless supply of grist for your mill. Begin reading the Tenth Amendment and make sure your voice resonates and you precisely articulate your message. Next, get ready to run like Hell after having carefully planned your escape route! You’ll immediately realize that it’s time to get the Hell out of Dodge and head for the tall grass!! You’ll also rather quickly learn how utterly and ruthlessly intolerant these folks truly are even while consistently claiming that they are the most tolerant and open minded of our citizenry. Don’t ever suggest to these Far Left Ideologues that our government should be limited in size and scope for you’ll drive them thoroughly and completely apoplectic although I gotta admit, it’s great fun to watch!

Winger continues that even when our Huckster-in-Chief was running for office he complained that the, “founders made mistakes when they wrote out the nation’s founding documents, they left out the redistribution of wealth.” The author points out the obvious by stating that it, “doesn’t take a genius to realize that social justice implies and justifies socialism which seeks to create what they call equality through various means of wealth redistribution (taxation, monetary policies, welfare, nationalization, etc.)” The concept also focuses on America’s Have-Nots for, “those without food and decent shelter ought to be given these things.” It also gives way to socialized health care, “where all the healthcare in the country is nationalized, that is government takes control over everyone’s health care.” Sound familiar folks? The establishment of socialized medicine tightens the government’s already vice-like death grip on our freedoms, gives it control over just about twenty per cent of America’s economy, and completely destroys the historical relationship between patient and physician. Your health care and insurance are now in the hands of nameless and faceless beaurocrats who couldn’t give a flying rat’s ass about you or your loved ones!

Those who advocate for Social Justice are utterly ecstatic about this radical departure from our history and traditions. The writer accurately recognizes that on the surface, the tenets and goals of the Social Justice Movement may sound compassionate and caring but if one just digs a little deeper, “you will see total disaster as the masses of citizens lose their personal liberty in place of a socialist system of so called health care.” The remedy to this obvious, clear cut, and unambiguous threat to America’ very existence is that, “solid conservative men and women must fill the halls of Congress if we are ever to get a hold on our tax system, and get rid of Obamacare, and allow oil exploration to occur so we can get prices back down to a decent level.” She correctly concludes that, “Social Justice is the path to full blown Communism! It MUST be stopped!”

For those out there who view issues like Social Justice, the threat of creeping Socialism, or the vast and intrusive growth of government size and power as merely esoteric or ethereal issues too far removed from our busy daily lives – think again. Social Justice advocates rely heavily on the apathetic and the ignorant amongst us. They understand full well that most of us have immediate daily concerns like earning a living, moaning and groaning about paying our taxes, and raising our families. They count on this as a tactic for quietly enacting their Far Left agenda and utterly destroying the country. Their ideas and ideology have indeed filtered down to the local level and are not merely relegated to academe or arguments between Republicans and Democrats in our nation’s capitol.

Take the city of Seattle, Washington and its police force as an example. Yeah, I know. Why should law enforcement and anti-American concepts like Social Justice even be included in the same sentence? I want our cops all over America to be concerned with only a few very basic issues and politics is certainly not one of them. I want them to pay attention to such things as apprehending those out there who break the law and prey on the average citizen. I want those in law enforcement to see to it that the miscreants and marauders amongst us are harshly punished. But, hey, that’s just me. I don’t want them distracted or confused or in any way impeded by issues like Social Justice, Political Correctness, Multiculturalism or any of that sort of bilge! I want them to focus with laser-like energy and precision on performing their ever so important job of getting rid of the barbarians out there who would do us harm. That’s it!

Sadly, according to one Officer Steve Pomper, this is not the case. Writing for The Guardian, the newsletter for the Seattle Police Officers’ Guild, that city, “using its Race and Social Justice Initiative (RSJJ), continues its assault on traditional and constitutional values such as self-reliance, equal justice, and individual liberty.” He is more concerned, however, by the fact that Seattle is, “inflicting its socialist policies directly on the Seattle Police Department(http://nicholasstixuncensored.blogspot.com).”

The officer explains that, “the city has extended its leftist political agenda to the police department, which should remain as apolitical as possible. The police department is not a laboratory and its cops are not guinea pigs.” Pomper could not be more correct for politicizing cops is not unlike President Barry Boy’s insistence that terrorist scum captured on a battlefield must be read their Miranda Rights! Maybe next he’ll insist that we serve them tea and crumpets. The author continues that, “Social justice is a socialist scheme that judges people not as individuals, but by their race, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status,” and that the, “groups touting social justice all tend toward the political left, including socialist and communist groups.” The gentleman is absolutely one hundred per cent accurate in his assessment and equally so when he states that even, “in its least aggressive forms, socialism is responsible for wrecking economies, restricting liberty, and stifling human innovation and achievement worldwide.”(see related video)

Pomper is definitely on to something here. By establishing Socialism at the local level, the community is afforded the opportunity to gradually and comfortably grow accustomed to it. Once enough folks in enough small cities and towns have become inured to it and it has become a “normal” aspect of their everyday existence, advocates of concepts like Social Justice can move on to the state level and eventually over time go national. Officer Pomper correctly maintains that, “any student of history knows that totalitarianism begins with small bites,” and that, “if we aren’t careful, we will literally vote ourselves into tyranny.” In fact, “Some people think we came pretty damn close in 2008.”

All “good” Liberals including those that advocate Social Justice will insist that they only do what they do for our own and the nation’s good. They will take care of us lesser folk out there for they are utterly condescending and paternalistic and they hold that we are obviously too selfish, stupid, and irrational to look out for our own and the nation’s best interests. While they may claim nothing but the best of intentions they are out and out liars beginning with our current Liar-in-Chief right on down to city council members of local municipalities. While they, “may not intend oppression, this is to where socialism always-always leads, to one degree or another.” I, unlike the author, am firmly convinced that the “Progressives” among us absolutely and purposefully intend harm and they are anything but well intentioned! They desire to cause as much mayhem and destruction as they possibly can.

They are power hungry in the extreme and more than anything else desperately desire to wreck this great nation and transform it into yet one more failed Socialist enclave in which the rights and freedoms of the citizen are so greatly reduced so as to be effectively nonexistent. The author queries, “at what point does our commitment to American liberty and opposition to socialism compel us to disengage from something we find so abhorrent to our nation?” That’s a damned good question and is eminently prescient at this very precarious moment in our country’s history. Pomper maintains that for most of our country’s past, America was exceptional, “and we must remain exceptional now. And what makes America exceptional is our commitment to equal justice and individual liberty, not social justice and emulating Europe’s failures.”

One of the many reasons for the success of this phenomenon known as Social Justice is simply that we have been transformed into a nation of cowards. Yup, there it is right out in the open in front of God and everybody. Over time, we have morphed into a country of whiners, complainers and weak and soft blubberers. We have become afraid of virtually everything and everybody. Major American characteristics like confidence, optimism regarding the future, and the absolute bedrock conviction that America’s best days are yet ahead of us have virtually evaporated and disappeared. We quake and cower. We are afraid to criticize or to be criticized for fear of offending this group or that special interest or anybody deemed a member of a so-called “protected class”.

We must never, absolutely never in any manner shape or form even remotely hint at the slightest disapproval of any minority race or ethnicity because we may be deemed – horror of all horrors – to be politically incorrect. Blacks, Hispanics, and Asians are strictly off limits as are Muslims – especially Muslims. We will invariably be excoriated as haters, bigots, racist, and xenophobic. We will lay ourselves open to the most vile ad hominem attacks conceivable. In more than just a few instances, those verbal attacks become physical. We must never speak negatively of homosexuals or homosexuality. After all, I guess everyone is entitled to their own brand of aberrant behavior because I mean who among us is perfect? We must never speak ill of the armies of illegal immigrants invading our nation everyday for fear of offending somebody or some group. We have become a nation of sniveling, fearful poltroons and our collective testosterone levels have completely fallen of the charts! It has literally gotten to the point where our Doofus-in-Chief has banned anyone in his administration from using the terms “Terrorist” or “War on Terror.”

One of America’s most famous Socialists, President Franklin D. Roosevelt, famously admonished that the, “only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” Crap, Hooey, Balls, and Bullshit! I don’t know what that really means and I doubt that Roosevelt did either. But hey, it was a catchy phrase, served some nebulous purpose, and like all of Liberalism it represented nothing more than symbolism over substance (please note the Limbaughism here). We have much to fear, We have enemies who are Hell-Bent on bringing America down and while they should be feared, it is far more important to thoroughly defeat them before they destroy us! And yes, it really is that bad. The Social Justice Mob, the Politically Correct Crowd, the Multiculturalists, the Globalists and One-Worlders, and many more are all tied to one another and all are solidly on the Far Left!

In an article entitled, “Political Correctness is Destroying America(http://kansascity.com),” author Glen Enloe comments that he notices, “a great fear in the land. Huge economic, social, and environmental uncertainties have given us pause. For the first time that I can recall, many of us have doubts that our nation will even survive.” Unfortunately, that statement is utterly and frustratingly true. It also seems to represent a rather new phenomenon in our collective psyches. America has always been a land of boundless, unbridled hope, energy, and optimism. We have always been a confident and positive place and for most of our history have assumed that there is nothing America can’t accomplish once we decide to undertake a task or achieve specific goals. This seems no longer to be the case and this uncertainty and indecision can be laid directly at the feet of Liberalism and those who espouse it.

After all, if you are brainwashed with the “Big Lie” often enough far too many people develop chinks in their mental and intellectual armor. After at least half a century of negative propaganda purposely perpetrated by the Far Left a certain amount of self-doubt is inevitable. Many begin to wonder why there is so much criticism of the United States by its own citizens not to mention the constant attacks by those from abroad. The “Lame-Stream” media exacerbates and reinforces the negativity until too many Americans begin to ask, “Could it really be true? Could America really have fallen so far?”

The author continues that, “our leaders have become strangers in a strange land who do everything in their power to weaken us, change our values and shape us into something we don’t want to become. We rightly fear that they are in it for themselves; for the money, fame, power and blind ideology.” He further notes that our, “leaders are not for the people. They arrogantly hold their noses in the air as they toss platitudes to the peasants and mandate what they think is best for us.” That’s a very succinct and fearfully accurate characterization of today’s Liberal Elite Ruling Class. They mock and deride those of us on the Conservative side as Neanderthals, out-dated, and irrelevant. We are charged with standing in the way of progress and it’s high time we became silent and let our “betters” control our lives. They simply refuse and can’t accept the absolute and undeniable truism that they, the LFE (Liberal Fucking Elite) are at the root of every problem we now face. If these folks are left unchecked, the United States of America is literally doomed!

Mr. Enloe points out that, “Conservative bogeymen are forever conjured up, and race cards are continually thrown as we are accused of being too hateful in our speech. If someone foolishly dares to speak the truth, that person is humiliated and destroyed,” and the author correctly concludes that, “we have become cowards in our own country. It is political correctness and supposed social justice that will lead to our fall.” Did you catch that last? Go back and read it again. Good. We are not dealing here with the theoretical or hypothetical. We are dealing in cold, hard realities. Those of us who can envisage the end of America as most of us have come to love it are NOT being hysterical nor are we attempting to merely gain recognition and maybe grab some headlines. We genuinely fear for the very survival of the greatest nation God ever gave mankind!

Under the guise of things like Social Justice, our current leadership is purposefully and assiduously destroying our beloved country. They are quite literally bound and determined to reduce us to a system of economic slavery in which we are forced to turn to government to provide all of our wants and needs! If the Founders could see what has happened to our Great Experiment, they would be spinning in their graves at about 50,000 RPM’s! During a break at the Constitutional Convention all those years ago, Old Ben Franklin was asked by a woman what kind of government those great men were going to give us. Franklin tersely replied, “A republic, Madame, if you can keep it!” Well, Ben Old Boy, whaddya think? Have we maintained what was supposed to be a limited government with only a few responsibilities and powers? Do we still have a government of, for, and by the people? The honest answer to these and many other crucial questions is a resounding, ear-splitting NO!!

How will the Social Justice Mob and the Liberals in general bring about this condition of economic slavery referenced above? The answer is frighteningly and forbodingly simple. First of all, over the last sixty or so years they have preconditioned, brainwashed if you will, far too many of us to accept as normal and natural what was once though to be abhorrent and utterly destructive. The idea of “Entitlements” is a primary and instructive example of this dangerous trend. By definition, if someone is entitled to a thing, then that thing must be paid for and it will only be paid for by the government (read that as your money!). Those on the Far Left would ask, “What’s wrong with that? Isn’t that what government is for?” Those of us on the Right side of the issue instinctively know the answer to questions like these.

Over the last 235 years, we have managed to run up deficits of over $14,000,000,000,000! That’s an amazingly unconceivable number that most of us simply can’t wrap our brains around. It’s just not fathomable. Just as an aside, all Presidents from Washington to G.W. Bush are responsible for approximately 53% of that horror show! So how do we account for the other 47%? That’s right! Boy, I’m tellin’ ya, absolutely nothin’ gets by you guys now does it? Our very own Communist-in-Chief, Barry Boy Wonder Obama single handedly accounts for that 47% and he did it solo! Your grandchildren’s grandchildren will still be paying just the interest on that monstrosity which now amounts to roughly $25,000,000,000 each and every month! Does the concept of economic slavery in the United States sound so bizarre now?

Another method the LFE employs to enslave the rest of us is the tax code which is implemented via the most vicious and fiercest collection agency on the planet – the dreaded Internal Revenue Service. You know, you can literally get away with murder in this country but you’ll never, ever escape the vice-like clutches of the IRS! You will go to jail and you will lose your home and all of your other possessions until the beast is satiated! We are constantly bombarded with the Liberal war cry that the rich don’t pay their fair share of the tax burden ad infinitum and ad nausea. Those evil rich guys out there are hurting the nation and their greed and selfishness is absolutely boundless! Pap, Crap, Hooey, and Phooey!! By way of reinforcing a point made earlier, let me again run a few simple numbers by you and see what you think. The top 2% of all wage earners in this country pay just about 40% all taxes! The top10% pay just under 80% while the bottom 51% pay absolutely nada, zip, zero, zilch!! The next time some clown starts bitching and moaning that the rich don’t pay their fair share, I’m absolutely gonna slap him!

Still on the issue of taxes, we must remember that His Highness magnanimously – but temporarily – extended the Bush tax cuts that lowered the marginal rates and increased the amount of taxes actually paid into our Treasury Department. By the way, that happens every time it’s tried. Well, when the tax cuts expire the marginal tax rates in what was once the good old U.S.A. will spike to something like 62% and that’s only on the Federal level! When you add to that state and local taxes, sales tax, etc. it will absolutely no longer be worth it to work. Does economic slavery make just a tad more sense now? As more and more of us stop working then more and more of us will have to depend on government to provide all of our wants and needs. Dependency and government are synonymous.

Just recently, Obama imperiously declared – you know, he’s very good at imperiously declaring – that polls he is aware of informed him that upwards of 80% of Americans want to or at least are willing to pay more and higher taxes. PUH-LEEEEZE!! I and far more competent folks than myself have searched for said poll or similar ones. They don’t exist. You mean the President of the United States out and out lied to the American people? Nah, that would never happen, not with Old Honest Obama at the helm! That Brother has lied to us so many times that I’m sure the size of his schnazola makes even Pinnochio blush a deep shade of red! As long as we’re still on the topics of Social Justice and economic slavery let’s spend just a few more minutes on subjects financial. The Heritage Foundation, by far one of the premier think tanks and research organizations in extant, publishes a blog called The Foundry: Conservative Policy News From The Heritage Foundation(http://blog.heritage.org). Brian Reidl wrote a piece entitled, “Obama Budget Adds $80,000 Per Household To National Debt.” Doesn’t that sound full of hope and change?

Reidl points out that while, “President Obama claimed his budget would produce $7.2 trillion in deficits (a staggering figure) over the next decade the CBO calculated $9.5 trillion in deficits.” No, could the Bamster be lying to us yet again or is this simply an honest miscalculation? The author continues that this constitutes, “more debt than the federal government accumulated from 1789-2010 combined,” and that, “the national debt held by the public – 40 percent of GDP before the recession – would soar past 87 percent of GDP in a decade.” Translation? We’re fucked! He correctly asserts that these, “large deficits will persist because the President’s steep tax hikes cannot keep up with his runaway spending. President Obama would raise taxes by 1.3 percent of GDP, yet increase spending by 4 percent of GDP.” This being the case, the “annual cost of interest on the national debt would quadruple.”

I have read that the annual cost of servicing the debt stands at about twenty-five billion per month and this fool’s gonna push it to around one hundred billion a month!?! I’ve got news for ya’ folks, the well is quickly running dry! The writer gloomily concludes that under the Saboteur-in Chief’s budget proposal, “taxpayers would see large tax increases, bigger government, and slower economic growth.” Additionally, “The President . . . would, over the next decade, drop an additional $80,000 per household in debt onto the laps of our children. This is an irresponsible budget proposal by any standard.” Economic slavery anyone? Sure as shit sounds like Social Justice to me!

The Social Justice Mob and Liberals in general are out to destroy our country and that should be more than just a little obvious to anyone with a discerning and analytical mind. This is a perfect illustration of something called “Achum’s Razor” which states that all things being equal, the simplest answer or explanation is almost always the correct one. In attempting to cipher or fathom why Liberal’s in our society behave the way they do, why they support legislation that stifles freedom and choice, or why they vehemently reject the notion of American Exceptionalism just think of the simplest answer for there can only be one. They despise the United States of America and desire above all else its speedy demise!

A piece entitled, “Does Obama Want To Destroy America? Yes, But. . .”,(http://biggovernment.com), quotes well known Conservative Michael Medved who says, ‘that a politician who wants to be re-elected would not want to destroy the very nation that he has been elected to lead.’ The author correctly points out, “that would make sense only if Obama were a conventional politician and if only Obama himself hadn’t told ABC News, ‘I’d rather be a really good one-term president than a mediocre two-term president.’ That very sentence directly from the President’s own mouth seems to shoot full of holes Medved’s conventional logic.” Yup. You know the old adage that if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and looks like a duck – well then.

The problem here is that most Americans have tremendous difficulty understanding or grasping the concept of American citizens and leaders wanting to destroy this great nation. It is so mind boggling, so foreign to any rationale we could possibly imagine or conjure up that too many Americans simply refuse to accept or come to grips with it. They are perfectly capable of understanding that this country does have foreign enemies out there that literally want to destroy “The Great Satan” but American citizens, no way in Hell! For those of you who fall into this category, I’ve got some news. The Tooth Fairy is dead and good old Santa is to be found only at the mall! It’s time for you to get your heads either out of the sand and/or your own ass and wake up and smell the damned coffee!

You see, among other things, “Liberals think that the U.S. is arrogant and needs to be taken down a notch or three. Liberals think that U.S. history is filled with nothing but evil and any attacks on the U.S. are richly deserved.” It is we who brought 9-11 on ourselves and have only ourselves to blame! Yeah folks, they mean that with every fiber of their being and with every breath they take. Additionally, these saboteurs believe that America, “was founded by evil, selfish, hateful white men who were only interested in their own power and didn’t want to empower others.” That being the case, those Bastards on the Far Left, “want the founder’s memories eviscerated,” and, “our capitalist system to be eliminated.” They literally, “want to erase everything that makes the U.S.A. the U.S.A.,” and then, “build a U.S. to their own liking using the very freedoms they used to lay her low.”

The author correctly explains that in fact it is Liberals and not Conservatives or Republicans, “that have used government to destroy America. Liberals have used the courts to destroy religion. Liberals have used the schools to preach against American history. Liberals have used the government to weaken economies and create a culture of dependence.” Conversely, “Conservatives have not used government to do anything of the kind. In fact, even in the bad old days it was Democrats that tried to use the government as a weapon against those that it wanted to keep down.”

The advocates of Social Justice, those that espouse causes like Political Correctness, Multiculturalists, Cultural Diversity Champions, and Liberals in general are no more or less than out and out statists with an absolutist, authoritarian world view and mindset. They don’t think in the short term but instead concoct very long-range plans that can literally take decades to successfully implement. They have infinite patience and that works against most Americans who must think about the next day or next week. Those that have a clear-cut plan and are highly motivated behind the idea of destroying America are more than just a little dangerous. It is also important to remember that these types don’t even, “care if they lose elections in the short term. It is the obliteration of the old to be replaced by their new ‘improved’ U.S.A. that is their actual goal, not anything as mundane as winning elections.” Folks, these guys have gotta be stopped if the America we know and love is to continue to exist and I’m positive that there isn’t a whole lot of time left!
